It can also improve focus, boost creativity, and foster a greater sense of balance in your life. Empowering Yoga

As a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) specializing in trauma-informed practices, my primary focus is to offer compassionate and therapeutic yoga experiences. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where others can find solace, restore their mind-body connection, and cultivate resilience. With my comprehensive knowledge of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation,  and yoga philosophy I am devoted to tailoring each session to address your specific needs. Through the integration of various practices such as Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Somatosensory techniques, and Breathwork, my goal is to help you promote a sense of well-being and create a space for you to heal, grow, and overcome.
